Our Story
G&G Tiling Co. Pty Ltd are a family run business who have been operating in South Australia’s construction industry as floor and wall tilers for over 50 years.
The art of tiling is inherent in our family. Our founder Walter migrated from Northern Italy with his younger brother to South Australia where they sowed the seeds of G&G Tiling.
Over the years we have developed our family business to a considerable size with the addition of Project Managers, Estimators, Administrators, Leading Hands and a great team of tilers which include our loyal and reliable sub-contractors.
We are now led by Mark Gesuato as Managing Director who is supported by a dedicated team.
Mark Gesuato
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark is G&G Tiling’s Director.
With a passion of service and a discerning eye, Mark has collaborated with many commercial builders and designers for over 20 years on many award winning projects. Under the wing of his father Walter, Mark learnt quickly that the key elements in his and G & G Tiling’s success was to provide quality workmanship while communicating quickly and effectively with the builder. Mark made sure he was in regular contact with the project teams to offer advice and project direction. Foresight and problem solving enabled Mark to deliver quality work with minimal defects.
Now as Director Mark employs a large team of tilers, labourers, administration staff and a network of reliable subcontractors. Mark has guided G&G Tiling from a humble family business through to one of SA’s preferred commercial tiling companies.
Walter Gesuato
Founder
The founder of G&G Tiling has worked tirelessly over 50 years bringing his creativity and unique skill set to the tiling industry.
With a rare talent of exceptional finishing trade skill and a background in wood carving, stonemason work, paving, concreting…you name it, Walter had done it in the building game. Walter has a natural flair for problem solving, innovation and efficiency.
As Walter heads towards retirement he provides Mark with a pillar of support and remains as a much respected member team.
Anna Gesuato
Accounts Manager
Anna is our Accounts Manager and has supported her husband Walter’s vision of a successful family business. With an understated calm ability Anna ensures the financial sustainability of the company. Anna comes from a background as a bank teller and is passionate about the detail in the accounts. You can count on Anna to get the figures right.
