Mark Gesuato is the Director of G&G Tiling, bringing over 25 years of experience and a
passion for service to the company. With a discerning eye and a commitment to quality,
Mark has collaborated with many commercial builders and designers on numerous
award-winning projects.
Under the mentorship of his father, Walter, Mark quickly learned that the key to success
lies in providing top-notch workmanship while maintaining clear and effective
communication with builders. He ensures regular contact with project teams, offering
valuable advice and direction. Mark’s foresight and problem-solving skills have enabled
him to deliver high-quality work with minimal defects.
As Director, Mark leads a large team of tilers, laborers, administration staff, and a
network of reliable subcontractors. His leadership and mentorship has transformed
G&G Tiling from a humble family business into one of South Australia's preferred
commercial tiling companies.
Outside of work Mark spends most of his free time with his 3 young boys coaching them
in various sporting teams.
Mark Gesuato continues to guide G&G Tiling with a focus on excellence, fostering
strong relationships, and delivering outstanding results on every project.

Megan Higgins is the passionate and driven Business Operations Manager at G&G
Tiling. With qualifications in Business, Management, and HR, Megan specializes in all
aspects of the company, Her expertise spans from invoicing and payroll to client
relations and communications. Her diverse skill set ensures that every facet of the
company operates smoothly and efficiently.
She is committed to fostering positive relationships and driving the company’s success
through her meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach. Megan’s role is pivotal
in maintaining the high standards and seamless operations that G&G Tiling is known for.
Megan thrives on the impact she can make in both the business and the community.
Her dedication and expertise are evident in every task she undertakes.
In addition to her role at G&G Tiling, Megan sits on the HREC Committee at Adelaide
University, further showcasing her commitment to excellence and community
engagement.
Outside of work Megan enjoys performing in various dance showcase around South
Australia and volunteering at animal rescues.

Daniel De Fazio has been a dedicated professional in the commercial tiling industry for
over 7 years. Starting his career as an apprentice at G&G Tiling, he has risen through
the ranks to become a project manager. His journey with the company highlights his
commitment and passion for the craft.
Daniel is a passionate leader who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously.
He loves seeing the final product come together, which fuels his dedication and
enthusiasm for his work. Known for embracing challenges and never shying away from
trying new things, Daniel is always ready to lend a hand and provide support where
needed.
In addition to his extensive experience, Daniel holds a Certificate IV in WHS.
Outside of his role at G&G Tiling, Dnaiel is passionate about property development
projects and renovations.

projects to success with his Trade skills and innovative approach.

With over 15 years of experience in wall and floor tiling, Jason Russo is a highly skilled
professional known for his exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
As a project manager at G&G Tiling, Jason oversees and coordinates projects to ensure
smooth operations and timely completion. His excellent organizational and
communication skills, combined with his ability to collaborate effectively with clients and
team members.
Jason’s dedication to excellence has earned the satisfaction of many clients, both in
residential and commercial projects.
Outside of work, is passionate about his band that he performs internationally with.
