Scope of works:
Construction of new community recreation centre including basketball and squash courts, spacious changing rooms, clubrooms, 25m pool and splash pool, gym, sauna and café.
Supply of tiles and labour to floor and wall tiling to changing rooms, wet areas, including screeding, waterproofing and silicone. Wall tiling to commercial kitchen and all surrounding tiled walls of pool area and floor tiling to reception/foyer areas.
