SCOPE OF WORKS
Supply of tiles and labour to tiling to existing shopping centres new entrance and food-court area including amenities and furniture tiling.
Floor tiling and screeding 1600m2 of floor area while shopping centre still trading. Labour included screeding, waterproofing and silicone. Project was completed in stages with some afterhours work to minimise disruption to public.
Scope of works:
Construction of a 5-storey retail development including base build and fit out of palace nova cinema complex on levels 1-3. Commercial tenancies on the ground floor with a commercial office on level 4. Floor tiling to ground floor foyer and mezzanine using terrazzo stone in a combination of 2 colour and pattern including brass insert and anti-slip strips. Wall tiling to lift core walls in a patterned crimson red feature tiles. Feature wall tiling to foyer staircase wall in large format 1500×750 tiles. Large format 3000×1000 Nero thin porcelain cladding to external feature columns. Floor and wall tiling to amenities to ground floor, level 4 office including screeding and waterproofing. Wall tiling to cinema amenities in a striking subway black gloss tile.
Scope of works:
Refurbishment of a modern new entrance to the building while still operational to the public gaining access to the buildings upper level work spaces. Supply of tiles and labour to new EOT toilet facilities including screeding, waterproofing and silicone. Floor tiling to new foyer/entrance done in stages due to public access. Wall tiling to feature travertine stone to lift walls and feature wall panels. Tiling to walls to planter box and dividing dwarf walls.

Construction of new state of art 2 level senior learning centre including lecture theatre, learning areas, hospitality areas, staff office, IT classrooms and café. Supply of tiles and labour to floor and wall tiling to change rooms and wet areas including screeding, waterproofing and silicone. Floor tiling to balcony and wall tiling to splashbacks and hospitality kitchen.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Construction of 2 new 7 storey and 5 storey residential towers simultaneously including 70 living apartments in total. Supply of tiles and labour to wet areas including bathrooms, ensuite and laundries. Floor tiling to balconies and main living areas including kitchens, dining, entries using acoustic adhesive. Floor tiling to all level lift lobbies and entries.
Scope of works:
Construction of new RFDS base including under roof aircraft facility, office administration, patient transfers and ambulance bays. This project used high detailed finishes including travertine stone, boomerang tiles and mosaics creating an exceptional high standard of workmanship which we are proud to be part of. Included supply and labour to floor and wall tiling to amenities including screeding, waterproofing and silicone. Stone travertine flooring to foyer/reception areas and stone travertine slab stair case.

Construction of 33 Independent retirement living units over 2 stages including supply and labour to full tiling package including floor and wall tiling, screeding, waterproofing and silicone.

Supply of tiles and labour to floor and wall tiling to changing rooms, wet areas, including screeding, waterproofing and silicone. Wall tiling to commercial kitchen and all surrounding tiled walls of pool area and floor tiling to reception/foyer areas.

The project consisted of converting an old grandstand into a new function and gym including meeting rooms, plunge pool, amenities and medical rooms. Supply of tiles and labour to floor and wall tiling including screeding, waterproofing and silicone to new amenities/change room rooms, plunge pool and lobby areas including feature wall tiling to staircase wall and stairs.

Extension of existing training facility and construction of new training and entertainment area including new gym, training floor, museum and teaching resource area.
